We encountered your company's staff at Yummy House China Bistro last night. All positive. A young lady and a man. The young lady handled a large incoming rush very well with a smile the whole time. She was so nice you could not tell she was as busy as she was. We will keep you in mind for events at our legal office. I'm rarely impressed with the Valet parking people at different places. Nice job with your staff!

We do a yearly casino night fund raiser. We had used another valet company for a number of years. They had some complaints last year so we thought we'd try someone else. The representative of this company talked so much about their service procedures they sold me. They delivered on everything they said. What a difference from what we had in the past. There were many compliments about this valet staff and that is not something you usually get from attendees. Very welcoming staff. Tom was my contact and he was extremely helpful in the planning stages up to the actual night. He helped me develop a unique giveaway gift the valet staff put into all the guests cars at the end of the night. The staff was amazing as advertised. They were all over our guests, hustled and smiled all night. No issues. I was impressed and will use them again for sure.

I want to give this First Impression valet crew some major kudos!
They were hired to do valet parking in my city of College Park because of a massive condo construction project that I can tell you our entire community is against. This project has also taken a large amount of parking from the main business district so inevitably we all eventually have to use this valet service while this project is built. This valet company kind of got caught up in the anger many of us have for this construction. I admit my wife and I refused to use them for awhile and I've seen other citizens take a lot of frustration out on them even though they are not responsible for what we're all mad about. The staff of this company has always been patient, smiling and helpful even when dealing with our frustrations. I and others have now become fans of First Impression valet and greatly appreciate them being there to provide us a solution to our parking nightmare in College Park. I want to specifically mention the location manager Ashley who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

They were able to solve a serious temporary parking problem we encountered at our busy Phenix Salon Suites in Winter Park due to an adjacent building being constructed. His team is professional, personable and was extremely attentive. All while standing in 100 degrees and sometimes pouring rain. If you EVER need valet parking, use First Impression.
